What are my options for placing an order?
You may place an order with Netuniform either online, by phone, or by fax. To place an order online, simply follow the steps in the checkout process, and select a major credit card to use for payment. Netuniform uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, an internet standard state- of-the-art encryption to keep your credit card information secure. Some of our customers are more comfortable providing their credit card information over the phone or by fax. If you select the "fax order" option, you may fax us your order (fax number is on the form) and credit card information. In addition to accepting major credit cards, Netuniform also accepts certified checks and money orders. Netuniform cannot accept personal checks at this time.

What if an item is out of stock?
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we may be out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will send you an e-mail to notify you and to tell you the date we expect to receive it. You can either cancel this item or keep it on back order. You will need to notify us of your decision by e-mail or by calling customer service. If we do not receive an answer we will assume you have cancelled your back ordered item. If you decide to keep an item on back order your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped to you. There are no additional shipping charges for any back ordered items.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you carry men's uniforms?
We carry men's and unisex uniforms and labcoats from several leading manufacturers. Click on the "Men's" link in solid color uniforms or labcoats to see our selection.

What is Netuniform's return and exchange policy?
Within 20 days of receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. All products must be returned in their original and re-sellable condition (embroidered items are not returnable). For a product to be re-sellable, it must be returned in its original packaging and condition (not washed, worn, or tags removed, nor can shoe boxes be written on or used as the return shipping box).

If the packing slip is unavailable, please include a note or letter containing the following information: (1) your name, order number, address, and email address, (2) your daytime phone number, in case we have questions, and (3) a list of the product(s) and why you are returning the product(s).

Please ship your return package prepaid to the address below. All return packages should be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS or USPS. Our address is as follows:

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 14 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Note: We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders.

We're sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. If you wish to return a product, please follow the guidelines for our return policy above. You may return a product and then place a new order through our online store.

Does Netuniform ship internationally?
At this time Netuniform can only ship to addresses in the United States. In the future, we plan to offer international shipping.
