Netuniform Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it. All products must be returned in their original and resellable condition. For a product to be resellable, it must be returned in it's original packaging and condition (not washed, worn, or tags removed, nor can shoe boxes be written on or used as the return shipping box).

Embroidered and Engraved items are not returnable, unless we have made a mistake in embroidering or engraving your item.

To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we receive notification of the item(s) you need to return, we'll email you an RA# and a return shipping address.

Shipping costs to return an item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). To return your package we recommend using a delivery service that provides tracking information.

Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 14 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

We're sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. If you wish to return a product, please follow the guidelines for our return policy above. You may return a product and then place a new order through our online store.
